We look forward to welcoming you to The DevOps Industry Awards 2017, which is to be held on 18 October 2017 in Central London. Below is some information that you may find helpful, in preparation for the evening.


How can I book a table?

To book a table, please click here. There is a range of different options available to suit you and your guests.


When can I expect to receive my invitation?

Once you have booked a place at the Awards, and payment has been made, personal e-invites shall follow.


What are the timings for the event?

We have a jam-packed evening planned for you that is as follows:

18:00 Drinks reception
19:00 Call for dinner
19:15 Welcome Speech
19:20 First half of the Awards
20:20 Three course meal, followed by coffee and petit fours
21:35 Presentation and prize draw collection in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Children’s Charity
22:00 Second half of the Awards
22:45 Prize draw
23:00 Networking and drinks
00:00 Close

What is the dress code for the evening?

Please note that the dress code for the evening is formal evening wear. Black tie, dinner jacket for the gentlemen, and full-length evening gowns for the ladies.


If I, or my guests, have special dietary requirements, how can we make you aware?

Once payment is received, our team will contact you with a form to complete, which will ask for details of any dietary requirements. Please note, the final list including dietary requirements needs to be submitted to us no later than ten working days before the event.
